Placing Orders for Goods

Cancellations and Refunds are not permitted and no refunds will be offered for any purposes or reasons whatsoever.
With regard to the return of products we will reimburse You (security deposit or holding fee) no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Prices Policy
SCRAM of California reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an order.
The prices quoted may be revised by Safe Justice Solutions subsequent to accepting an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of SCRAM of California. In that event, you will have the right to cancel your order.
Payments
All products purchased are subject to a one-time payment unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company, and any of its suppliers, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Site or Service or 25.00 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Site or Service.

Governing Law

Disputes Resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relates to the products or services provided by SCRAM of California, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
