The holidays are here, and as friends and family across the U.S. come together to celebrate, the potential for dangerous roads and communities escalates. On average, 40% of traffic deaths during the holidays are tied to alcohol. Those figures are especially troubling given that more than 40 million Americans plan to hit the road in the coming days.
Recognizing the increased risks of the season, each year we partner with our courts and agencies to generate 56,367 Sober Days for the Holidays through our SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring® program, providing accountability and monitored sobriety for your highest-risk clients during the toughest time of the year.
